Program Managers are directly responsible for the needs of the individual who are supported in the program and daily operations of the program which includes supervising a team of Direct Support Professionals.
Management responsibilities may include scheduling, training, performance appraisals, budgeting, and quality assurance. Hours are typically 1st shift, although the manager is responsible to ensure coverage for the program on a 24-hour basis. Position involves night and weekend on-call responsibilities.
This position is responsible for the day-to-day operation of the Comprehensive Community Services (CCS) Program. The CCS Program supports clients with mental health diagnoses or addictions. Diagnoses can range from mild anxiety to severe personality disorders. The role of the CCS Program Manager will be balanced between an office setting and providing supports to clients to reach their full potential. Supports provided include:

- Development of social skills
- Medication management
- Enhancing independence

Experience working with mental health or AODA is beneficial. Management experience is preferred. This position requires frequent travel within the community. Candidates must be at least 21 years of age or older and have a valid WI driver’s license and an acceptable motor vehicle record.
