Position: Direct Support Professional
Location: Rib Mountain, WI

We are currently accepting applications for Direct Support Professionals in our Rib Mountain Mental Health Program. We are currently hiring part-time for 1st, 2nd shifts, as well as full and part-time 3rd shift.

Candidates will be providing in-home supports and services to individuals with mental health issues. Ideal candidates would have experience supporting individuals with mental health issues, physical aggression, and challenging physical behaviors with successful outcomes.


  • Provide support and services to individuals with varying diagnoses (ADHD, Bipolar, Schizophrenia, Anxiety, Personality Disorders, Mood Disorder, Autism, AODA, etc)
  • Maintain and reinforce healthy boundaries
  • Integrate individuals into the community
  • Assist with social skills, coping skills, daily living skills, medication monitoring, and linking to community resources
  • Attend team meetings as requested
  • Complete all documentation to program standards within 24 hours of contact with client

All Direct Support Professional positions require a commitment of every other weekend. To be eligible for a Direct Support Professional position, you must be at least 18 years or older. Positions require a valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record. Comprehensive training is provided by the company.
