Position: Program Manager
Location: Stevens Point, WI

Innovative Services, Inc.is a non-profit organization with the mission to provide the best quality of life to individuals with developmental disabilities while creating opportunities for maximum independence. We serve a wide range of clients from youth to elderly, lower to higher functioning, as well as physical and mental disabilities.

This Manager position is based out of the Stevens Point area and will be responsible for managing a single-client CCS Program. This Comprehensive Community Support program provides recovery-focused skill-based teaching and community support to an individual living independently.

Program Managers work direct care with clients in addition to their management responsibilities. Hours of the Program Manager are typically Monday-Friday but will vary as program needs arise. Managers are required to be 24/7 on-call, and will assist with coverage of open shifts in the program.

Qualifications for Program Manager include

Knowledge of DHS 36 preferred
Associates or Bachelor’s Degree in the Human Services field
Experience in mental health, AODA, and challenging behaviors
Prior supervisory experience in this field preferred
Valid driver’s license and acceptable motor vehicle record required
