Position: Direct Support Professional - Crisis Program
Location: Green Bay, WI

$10.00 per hour

Candidates will support adults in a fast-paced Community-Based Residential Facility (CBRF) intended for short-term placement and crisis stabilization. Services teach individuals with varying diagnoses (ADHD, Bipolar, Schizophrenia, Anxiety, Personality Disorders, Mood Disorder, Autism, etc.) about barriers, overcoming barriers and how to manage mental illness symptoms.

Staff assist clients in reducing symptoms and linking to resources to be able to return to a more independent environment. Ideal candidates must have experience supporting individuals with mental health issues, physical aggression, and challenging physical behaviors with successful outcomes.

Education and/or experience working with developmental disabilities and/or mental health diagnosis is desired- however comprehensive paid training is provided.
