We are currently looking to fill four (3) full time newly created Direct Support Professional Float positions. Each position will report to a District Manager and will provide coverage for open positions at a variety of programs. Updated schedules will be provided every two (2) weeks.
Candidates must be able to work a flexible rotating schedule. Minimum starting rate of $11.50 an hour. Will negotiate rate of pay based on experience and tenure.
Candidates must be eligible drivers and have vehicle insurance. Candidates must be willing to work at a variety of programs and support individuals living with various diagnoses and behavioral issues.

- Be out of your 90 day introductory period.
- Be in good standing (no disciplinary action in last 6 months beyond written).
- Have been at current program for 90 days.
These transfer requests are good for 6 months and final approval lies with Program manager and District manager.
