Part Time positions working 1-2 days per week between the hours of 2:30pm to 7:30pm
We are looking for caring, compassionate individuals to join our team. We are hiring several part time positions starting at $10.75/hr.
As a Youth Behavioral Specialist, you will work with children one on one and/or in group setting progressive life goals such as community integration, appropriate social skills, anger management/coping skills and daily living skills. Candidates will be working directly with children with developmental disabilities and/or mental health issues. We work with children who have Depression, Oppositional Defiant Disorder, ADHD/ADD, Attachment Disorders, Anxiety, Sensory Processing Disorder, Autism Spectrum Disorder, Down Syndrome, and other Developmental Disorders.
Education and/or experience working with developmental disabilities and/or mental health diagnosis is desired- however comprehensive paid training is provided. Hours/shifts vary, but are typically after school in the early afternoon into the evening. In addition, hours will vary seasonally during summer and winter school breaks allowing for additional hours during these times if desired.
After 90-days of employment, staff are required to sign up for 24-hour on-call crisis coverage a minimum of once a month which includes some holidays. We are extremely flexible!!!
To be eligible for a Youth Behavior Specialist position, you must be at least 18 years old, possess a valid Wisconsin’s driver’s license with acceptable motor vehicle record and state minimum automobile insurance.

- Be in good standing (no disciplinary action in last 6 months beyond written).
- Have been at current program for 90 days.
These transfer requests are good for 6 months and final approval lies with Program manager and District manager.
